We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or similar tracking technologies.

Third-Party Services

Standard infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery networks) may process technical data during normal operations.

Conversations with Loqal characters run on our own servers, which use third-party AI service providers for parts of the work: recognizing your speech, producing a character's replies, and turning them into speech. What you say and write in a conversation is sent to these providers, acting on our behalf, only to produce the reply. We do not sell this content, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow these providers to use it for any purpose other than serving your request. It travels without your name, email address, account or device identifiers, so the provider cannot link a conversation to you, and each provider is bound by contract to protect what it receives at least as strongly as this policy does and not to use it to train its models. The app tells you this before your first conversation and asks you to continue.

Data Retention

Personal information you provide (name, email) is retained only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for operational or security purposes and are not used for profiling or marketing.

Children's Privacy

This service does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Updates

This policy may be revised if service operations change. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
